She has dedicated more than 30 years to focusing on providing a higher quality of life for the young, the homeless, those suffering with mental illness as well as the more mature among us. This service includes executive leadership roles at Orlando Regional, Health Central, Health Central Foundation, Island One Resorts and the DL Foundation. Pam’s passion for healthcare and education collided in 2000 when she was responsible for executive management and funding for the Health Central School Nurse Program.
In addition to focusing on building new schools to serve the growing West Orange County population, she champions many causes on behalf of students, specifically programs and pathways to help address community issues such as mental health, substance abuse, access to healthy food, skills building and career readiness.
A native of Pittsfield, MA, Pam moved to New York City after college, where she worked in management for on- and off-Broadway productions. In 1990, Pam and husband, John, sought a sunny quality of life in Orlando, Florida. Most importantly, they have two sons, Gregory and Mathew (graduates of Orange County Public Schools) .
